Gingerbread Biscotti Recipe

Gingerbread Biscotti Recipe is delicious Italian cookie that is easy to make and would be perfect if you eat it accompanied with hot coffee, or you can serve it with lemon curd or drizzle with lemon flavored almond bark for a special treat.

Ingredient
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 3/4 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tablespoon ground cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Steps

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Grease a cookie sheet.

3. In a large bowl, mix together oil, sugar, eggs, and molasses.

4. In another bowl, combine flours, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg; mix into egg mixture to form a stiff dough.

5. Divide dough in half, and shape each half into a roll the length of the cookie.

6. Place rolls on cookie sheet, and pat down to flatten the dough to 1/2 inch thickness.

7. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes.

8. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.

9. When cool enough to touch, cut into 1/2 inch thick diagonal slices.

10. Place sliced biscotti on cookie sheet, and bake an additional 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until toasted and crispy.

Yummy Beef Burger Recipe

Burger is one of the most easiest main dish to make and the delicious one. there are some burger variant like beef burger, hamburger, chicken burger, etc. In this post i will give you yummy beef burger recipe, which is easy to make and will make your stomach happy.

Ingredient

  • 1kg Beef
  • 6 Hamburger buns
  • 1 Small onion
  • Butter Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 6 slices cheese
  • Sliced Tomatoes
  • Sliced Onions
  • Ketchup
  • Lettuce
  • Mustard
  • Barbeque Sauce
  • Pickles

Steps 

1. Slice the beef into 6 same size pieces.

2. Press the sliced meat gently until it get 1 inch thick, don't worry if there are cracks in the edges.

3. Set meduim heat, add 1 tbsp. oil or pat of butter, wait until it warm.

4. Press the bum into the warm oil or butter, and toas until surface is bit brown, and after that put the toasted buns into plate.

5. Set the heat from medium to medium high, wait until wisp of smoke appear, and cook the burger.

6. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes add salt and pepper generously on top of the burger.

7. Flip the burger do step 6 again.

8. Add cheese on top of the burger.

9. When the burgers have finished cooking, put them to the toasted buns.

10. Finish with your favorite burger toppings.

Japanese Meat Potato Stew (Nikujaga)


Nikujaga
Nikujaga is one the most famous or delicious food from japan it contain of meat, potatoes and onion stewed in sweetened soy sauce, sometimes with Konjac(Amorphophallus konjac) and vegetables.
It's common served in winter, with a bowl of rice and miso soup.

Ingredient

  • 1 Tbsp. Canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • ¾ pound thinly sliced beef rib eye
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 3 carrots, peeled and quartered
  • 2 yellow onions, cut in half and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp. sake
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp mirin
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (add more sugar if like more sweetenes and remove mirin).

Steps

1. Cut onion into 10 wedges(it actually up to you but i recomended from 8-12 wedges).

2. Peel the carot then cut it into 3-4 slice.


3. Peel the potato ad cut it ito 4 wedges, don't forget to smoothing the sharp edges.



4. Add boil oils in the pan and set medium high heat.


5. Add sliced beef.


6. Saute the oil and beef until it slightly brown.


7. Add onions, carrot, garlic, and potatoes then mix it with beef. Make sure all the ingredients are covered by the soup.


8. Remove the glaze from pan with sake then add stock, soy sauce, mirin ,and sugar. Boil it and remove the meat fat and scum.


9. Reduce the heat from medium to low, cover pan with alumunium foil, continue to cook until carrots and potatoes are tender and the liquid are absorbed.
And it ready to serve.

Indonesian Fried Rice


How to make Indonesian Fried Rice

 This is my first post, so will start with the easy and my first food that i cooked back when i'm still elementary school, i like this food because it easy to make and of course it delicious an i believe that many people like this food too without wasting so much more word this is the recipe of  Indonesian Fried Rice.


Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cupsuncooked jasmine rice
  • 2 cupswater
  • 1/4 cuppeanut oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 gsmall green prawns, peeled
  • 250 gchicken thigh fillets, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp shrimp paste
  • 4 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ground white pepper
  • 2 tsp sambal oelek
  • 2 tbsp kecap manis
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 cupthinly sliced spring onions
  • 1carrot, julienned
  • 1lebanese cucumber, julienned
  • fried shallots, to garnish
STEP

1. Place rice and water in a large saucepan. 
2. Bring to boil, cover and then simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is just tender. Alternately cook in a rice cooker according to manufacturer's directions. 
3. Spread mixture onto a flat oven tray and stand until cool.
4. Heat a large wok or frying pan over high heat. 
5. Add a little of the oil and swirl around wok. 
6. Add eggs one at a time and cook on both sides until golden brown and yolk is still runny. 7. Remove and set aside.
8. Add a little more oil and stir-fry prawns and chicken until golden brown and cooked through. 
9. Remove and set aside. Add remaining oil and stir-fry shrimp paste, garlic and onion for 2 minutes or until paste is fragrant.
10. Add rice, pepper and combined sauces; stir-fry until well combined. 
11. Stir in half of the onions and cooked prawns and chicken.
12. Serve topped with combined carrot, cucumber and remaining onions. 
13. Garnish with egg and fried shallots.
