How to make Indonesian Fried Rice

This is my first post, so will start with the easy and my first food that i cooked back when i'm still elementary school, i like this food because it easy to make and of course it delicious an i believe that many people like this food too without wasting so much more word this is the recipe of Indonesian Fried Rice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cupsuncooked jasmine rice
- 2 cupswater
- 1/4 cuppeanut oil
- 4 eggs
- 250 gsmall green prawns, peeled
- 250 gchicken thigh fillets, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste
- 4 clovesgarlic, crushed
- 1 small brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 2 tsp sambal oelek
- 2 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1/2 cupthinly sliced spring onions
- 1carrot, julienned
- 1lebanese cucumber, julienned
- fried shallots, to garnish
1. Place rice and water in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to boil, cover and then simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is just tender. Alternately cook in a rice cooker according to manufacturer's directions.
3. Spread mixture onto a flat oven tray and stand until cool.
4. Heat a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
5. Add a little of the oil and swirl around wok.
6. Add eggs one at a time and cook on both sides until golden brown and yolk is still runny. 7. Remove and set aside.
8. Add a little more oil and stir-fry prawns and chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
9. Remove and set aside. Add remaining oil and stir-fry shrimp paste, garlic and onion for 2 minutes or until paste is fragrant.
10. Add rice, pepper and combined sauces; stir-fry until well combined.
11. Stir in half of the onions and cooked prawns and chicken.
12. Serve topped with combined carrot, cucumber and remaining onions.
13. Garnish with egg and fried shallots.
